The second an alleged arsonist units himself alight throughout a botched assault on a Center Jap restaurant has been captured on CCTV. 

Footage from inside Al Marjan in Campbellfield, in Melbourne‘s north, reveals the person pouring liquid on benchtops and furnishings earlier than setting the restaurant – and himself – on hearth simply earlier than 4.30am on Could 21, 2024.
