Australia’s trade surplus suffers drastic drop English Headline

Shrinking commodity prices and rising import prices could soon bring Australia’s record run of trade surpluses to a screeching halt.

In August, the country’s trade surplus was $8.5 billion – down from $17.5 billion in June.
