Climate Activist Greta Thunberg has been charged after failing to comply with police orders.
The 20-year-old was protesting at a busy port in Sweden when she was ordered to move on.
She was convicted and fined in July for a similar offence after refusing to leave a demonstration which blocked traffic at a harbour.
The prosecutor deemed Ms Thunberg and political activist group Reclaim the Future had not been authorised to protest.
Her second trial is set for September 27.
