The World’s Oldest Footballer David ‘Mudgee’ Mudge talks about the “difficult” process of completing the Guinness Book of World Records’ checklist.

Mr Mudge plays for Kissing Point Football Club in NSW and in 2022 claimed the title of World’s Oldest Footballer.

“I had to play for the full 90 minutes to get the record from Guinness,” Mr Mudge told Englishheadline Australia.

“It was quite a difficult process to get it – they wanted all sorts of information and the referee, he had to verify the game.

“I had to get information from the association, and the club and all sorts of things.”
