NDIS Minister Bill Shorten says the NDIS is “here to stay” despite budget concerns.
Mr Shorten wants to make sure “every dollar” in the scheme is getting through to the people that it’s intended for.
“There will be recommendations which will reflect listening to people with disability, participants, advocates, providers, workplace reps and all of that,” he told Englishheadline Australia.
“So, I think it will have a series of recommendations which will return it to its original vision.
“We’ll work cooperatively with the states.”
