The ASX 200 fell 0.47 per cent on Tuesday, with the local market being pushed down by the material sector and property stocks.

Gold miners were today’s top performers, led by Ramelius and Silver Lake.

Losing value were artificial intelligence company Appen, buy now pay later company Zip, and online bookie PointsBet.
