The stars were out for the 49th InternationalAwards Gala at the Casa Cipriani in on Monday, November 22.
And Scottish actor Brian Cox and his wife Nicole Ansari-Cox were among the distinguished guests to light up the red carpet in their elegant ensembles.
Hosted by Nigerian-American actress and comedian Yvonne Orji, the 49th International Emmy Awards had a list of presenters that included the likes of Vanessa Williams, Aidan Quinn, James, Method Man, Piper Perabo, Brian d’Arcy, Emeraude Toubia, Wilson Cruz, Felipe Santana and Angelica.

Cox, a veteran actor of more than 50 years in film, television and the theater, looked handsome in a classic black tuxedo suite, with a white shirt and black bowtie.
The Succession star, 75, would strike some poses solo, but for the most part he snuggled up next to his wife while in the spotlight of the photographers.
Ansari-Cox, 52, looked elegant in a grayish off-the-shoulder gown that was cinched in at the waist and had plenty of ruffles.
The German-born actress styled her raven tresses long and flowing to just past her shoulders with a part on the slight left.

After striking a number of poses together, Cox appeared to be overjoyed to be joined on the red carpet by the host of the event’s festivities.
Orji, 37, was hard to missed decked out in a bright yellow gown feathered gown that came complete with a plunging design and multiple layers.
The Insecure star had her lightened tresses styled sleek and with a part in the middle.

Cox has worked extensively with the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Royal National Theatre in England and has been widely recognized for his roles in the acclaimed period films, Rob Roy (1995) and Braveheart (1995).
He was honored at the 2004 BAFTA Scotland Awards with an Outstanding Achievement Award, and at the 2004 Great Scot Awards with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
Along with Rob Roy and Braveheart, his film resume also includes the likes The Bourne Identity (2002), The Ring (2002), X2 (2003), Troy (2004), Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011), Red 2 (2014), and the HBO series Deadwood (2006).
Most recently, Cox has starred in one of the lead roles in the satirical black comedy-drama series, Succession (2018-present), which has been running for three seasons.
